10:45-10:50 : Reconvene in Affinity groups to reflect on our own industry/collaboration challenges
10:50-11:20 : Question One: Identify the Challenge:  Facilitators will lead a discussion:  Find the "hidden" collaboration issue in your industry.   e.g., While so much energy goes into partisan politics, the real problem behind government inefficiency is information overload and multiple disconnected systems.   In your industry, what is the “real problem” with collaboration? What is the underlying condition that needs to change? How is your industry/profession challenged in ways similar to what our government is experiencing? How would you define your biggest challenge/opportunity?

11:20-11:30 :  Brief Report Out - Headline from each table, "Say it in a sentence"   (Two people leave from each table)

11:30-12:00 :  Question Two:  Brainstorming:  How can we address the challenge we just identified, using collaboration, technology and other resources available to us? What is the most "out of the box" solution we can imagine?
12:00-12:10 PM :  Brief Report Out - One brief example of an idea that came from your brainstorming."Say it in a sentence." (Two different people leave from each table to go to another table).

12:10-12:40  Question Three: Solution-making. Jumping out of the current paradigm:  How could conditions could be changed to create more effectiveness in your industry through collaboration?  What collaborative technology or communication system could we develop (application, protocols) to improve our network so we can work together in a way that is transparent and innovative). What apps, for examples could you come up with?
12:40-2:50 : Brief Report Out - Say it in a sentence. (Ask also for sentence about process the group used aided in their solution-finding.

III - CoLABoration

1:45-2:10 : Reflection on collaboration--Rod Falcon will lead a group discussion.  Based on the morning experience, what should we be paying attention to with collaboration?  Let's use this mini-experience to reflect on the larger issues that impact our ability as humans to work together.   (Emphasize general takeaways -- not "I like this facilitator or not" but rather " It's a challenge to move from brainstorming to deliverable."  "Different people excel at problem-definition and execution."  Without clear roles, it's hard to narrow down on an approach.   (We can take examples from our own experience)

2:10-2:40 : Individual Challenges: Silent Reflections.  (Nancy + Eileen)  Everyone has an 11 by 17 piece of paper - one side is blank, the other side says "world's greatest consultant."  On the other side:  "My biggest challenge with collaboration?"  Silent Exercise:  Everyone (at the table) then goes around reads one another’s questions and adds comments and ideas. When everyone has returned to their question sheet they highlight the suggestions they find most interesting and share both the questions and suggestion with others at the table. Transfer to mural.

2:40-2:45  Explain  "World's Greatest Consultant" exercise - Nancy + Eileen
